All goods are supplied on a cash with order basis.
All deliveries must be signed for as in perfect condition and any claims notified to us and the carrier etc., at the time of delivery.
Completion of our order form will be deemed to be an instruction for us to proceed according to our standard terms and conditions.
If you fill out our online order form then decide not to proceed, tick the 'remove' box in paypal and 'update' the cart.
All goods supplied have VAT at the current rate added to our net prices, where required.
We reserve the right to change prices and specifications as conditions regarding raw materials and production costs require.
All enquirers and customers will be added to our database and if you tick the permission box, you may be sent details of new products and developments from time to time .
Full details of specifications and delivery, and any other points are to be found in various parts of our literature and websites.
We will replace any item found to be defective in materials or due to our production at the time of delivery. We regret we are unable to accept returns for any reason, other than stated above. This does not affect your statutory rights.
